LAYERED DRAGON FRUIT AND BANANA SMOOTHIE
Layered Dragon Fruit and Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
Spinach Layer
- 1/3 cups greek yoghurt
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 tbs almond milk
Dragon Fruit Layer
- 1 cup frozen pink dragon fruit chunks
- 1 banana
- 1 cup ice cubs
- 1/4 cup almond milk
Method
1. Spinach Layer: Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide mixture between 2 x 300ml capacity glasses. Place in freezer until needed.
2. Dragon Fruit Layer: place all the ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
3. Layer the greek yoghurt over the spinach and then top with dragon fruit mixture. Serve.
